Few years ago, we received a call from a client who was on a trip to Yosemite; her jaguar was acting up in a certain way while she was driving. We determined over the phone that the Alternator may be the issue. We found her location using Google maps and directed her to the city of Oakhurst to an auto repair shop we found and contacted prior to her arrival, we also provided her with information regarding a Motel close by. To expedite her repair we shipped an Alternator to the shop overnight and helped the shop technician to diagnose and repair the car correctly. Our client was back on her trip the next day.
